What you will do

• Oversee and develop US ETF capital markets workflows aligned with systematic active portfolio management and high diversification.
• Monitor ETF market quality, including volume, primary flows, premiums/discounts, and short interest using specialized tools.
• Execute relationship strategies across the ETF ecosystem, including authorized participants, market makers, and trading platforms.
• Collaborate with Investment, Legal, and Compliance teams to establish ETF-specific policies and procedures for custom baskets.
• Provide ETF education to clients and prospects and represent the firm at industry conferences and in media.
• Mentor and develop the US ETF Capital Markets team through coaching and goal setting.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of relevant ETF Capital Markets industry experience.
• Proven track record of success in a leadership capacity.
• Series 7 & 63 licenses are required.
• Strong understanding of ETF operations, portfolio management, trading, and market structure.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or CFA is a plus.
• Knowledge of asset classes including equities, fixed income, and FX.
