About the Role

You will own and scale the global regulator engagement strategy, develop standardized playbooks for key regulator archetypes, translate evolving regulatory frameworks into clear product and go-to-market narratives, influence product roadmap and data strategy, support high-stakes engagements and RFPs, build training and enablement assets, and contribute to regulator dataset strategy.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in financial regulation, supervision, or examination
• Direct experience with digital assets, fintech, or financial institutions
• Strong understanding of global regulatory frameworks such as FATF, MiCA, and US and APAC regimes
• Proven ability to translate regulatory expectations into practical, scalable solutions across product, advisory, or GTM contexts
• Experience engaging with regulators, government bodies, or senior external stakeholders
• Ability to influence Product, GTM, and Policy without formal authority
• Commercial awareness to support strategic deals and advisory engagements
• Excellent communication skills, judgment, and autonomous operation in ambiguous environments
• Bias toward building repeatable systems over one-off support
