Salary: $193,855 – $281,888 USD (depending on location tier)

What you will do

• Recruit, manage, and mentor a diverse team of IAM and Trust & Safety engineers.
• Provide technical leadership and hands-on guidance to deliver high-quality security and identity solutions.
• Define and evolve IAM capabilities and the Trust & Safety roadmap in alignment with company priorities.
• Design and implement scalable systems to detect, prevent, and respond to fraud and abuse.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance teams.
• Shape the technical strategy and North Star Architecture for key platform services.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a people leader within a platform engineering organization.
• Deep domain expertise in customer-facing IAM (authentication, authorization) and Trust & Safety (fraud prevention, abuse mitigation).
• Strong technical acumen in distributed systems, cloud computing, and machine learning applications.
• Experience building and operating high-traffic, high-availability platforms.
• Authorized to work lawfully in the United States (no immigration sponsorship available).
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation for business-critical alerts.
