What you will do

• Build scalable, maintainable automation solutions and internal platforms to improve developer productivity.
• Design and deliver self-service testing systems that allow teams to manage quality workflows independently.
• Embed testing seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines to improve feedback loops and release confidence.
• Drive root-cause fixes to eliminate test flakiness and ensure predictable outcomes.
• Champion shift-left testing practices to embed quality early in the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with modern test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
• Strong software engineering background in TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, or Python.
• Proven ability to design and build scalable test frameworks and shared quality platforms.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Must be based in Denver, CO, and able to work from the office at least 3 days a week.

• Experience with AI-assisted testing or automated test generation tools.
• Understanding of modern system architecture and design patterns.
