What you will do

• Lead assigned squads, managing client relationships and mentoring rotational offshore engineers.
• Continuously monitor network health via Logic Monitor dashboards and generate performance reports for leadership.
• Respond to major incidents and routine network requests using root cause analysis.
• Configure, maintain, and operate routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Own and drive network infrastructure projects from requirements gathering to final hand-off.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Windows, Citrix, and Database teams to resolve complex issues.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of progressive experience in network engineering and operations.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade devices (Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, F5).
• Proficiency in integrating and managing networking components within Azure.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols, VPNs, and QoS.
• Experience with ITIL processes, specifically incident, problem, and change management.

Nice to have

• Relevant industry certifications such as CCNA or Microsoft Azure certifications.
• Experience with scripting or automation using Python or Ansible.
• Familiarity with IT security best practices and compliance frameworks.
