What you will do

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients within an assigned squad.
• Lead, mentor, and provide training to rotational offshore engineering resources.
• Monitor network health via Logic Monitor dashboards and generate comprehensive performance reports.
• Manage critical incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve complex network outages.
• Configure and maintain enterprise network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Own and drive multiple concurrent network infrastructure projects from requirements to hand-off.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of progressive experience in network engineering and operations.
• 2-3 years configuring enterprise-grade devices (Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, F5).
• 1+ year experience managing networking components within Azure.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing protocols, switching, VPNs, and QoS.
• Experience with ITIL processes, specifically incident, problem, and change management.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as CCNA or Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Python or Ansible for network automation and scripting.
• Familiarity with IT security best practices and compliance frameworks.
