What you will do

  • Lead the strategic framing of payment products and align them with hirify.global's overarching strategy and objectives.
  • Drive customer-centricity by leading research and engagement to embed data-driven insights into decision-making.
  • Identify valuable customer problems and frame comprehensive solutions for testing and refinement.
  • Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation and roadmap development to launch and sunset.
  • Manage non-functional risks, including security, privacy, and compliance, while making critical trade-off decisions.
  • Analyze commercial and customer results to drive iterative improvements to existing products.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, focusing on customer workflows and experimentation.
  • Proven track record of delivering products that drive significant customer and business impact.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience delivering against financial targets.
  • Ability to handle technical engineering design and execute an API-first strategy.
  • Must be based in Latin America (Latam).
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills for presenting to senior leadership.
