What you will do

  • Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Core Payments.
  • Translate business goals into outcome-driven initiatives, optimizing performance, reliability, scalability, and UX.
  • Improve key metrics like authorization rates and conversion through checkout flows, payment routing, and processing.
  • Evaluate new payment methods and providers, manage backlog, and drive end-to-end execution.
  • Act as main contact for payment topics, collaborating with engineering, finance, compliance, and business teams.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, track KPIs, and base decisions on data and insights.

Requirements

  • 6+ years product management experience, including 2+ years in senior role with end-to-end ownership
  • Proven product strategy execution in multi-stakeholder environments
  • Experience with payments or financial systems (checkout, authorization, processing, payouts)
  • Understanding of payment KPIs (conversion, authorization rates, reliability)
  • Platform or B2B product building for scalable solutions
  • Work in regulated environments with legal, compliance, security constraints
