What you will do

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of enterprise sales professionals to meet company growth targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for acquiring and retaining large-scale enterprise clients in the payments sector.
  • Drive the sales pipeline by identifying new opportunities and overseeing complex sales cycles from lead to close.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with top-tier enterprise clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to align company offerings with market demand.
  • Lead negotiations for enterprise-level contracts and ensure alignment with profitability standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10+ years in enterprise sales, with at least 5 years in the payments or fintech sector.
  • Proven track record of leading and coaching sales teams to exceed revenue targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of the payments ecosystem, including processing, merchant services, and card networks.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills for complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for presenting to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

Nice to have

  • Previous fintech or startup experience.
  • Deep experience in traditional payments.
