What you will do
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of enterprise sales professionals to meet company growth targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for acquiring and retaining large-scale enterprise clients in the payments sector.
- Drive the sales pipeline by identifying new opportunities and overseeing complex sales cycles from lead to close.
- Cultivate strong relationships with top-tier enterprise clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to align company offerings with market demand.
- Lead negotiations for enterprise-level contracts and ensure alignment with profitability standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years in enterprise sales, with at least 5 years in the payments or fintech sector.
- Proven track record of leading and coaching sales teams to exceed revenue targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the payments ecosystem, including processing, merchant services, and card networks.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills for complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for presenting to executive-level stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

- Previous fintech or startup experience.
- Deep experience in traditional payments.
