What you will do

• Support controlling activities, including financial analysis, cost accounting, and price calculations.
• Ensure financial processes are accurate and comply with US GAAP, IFRS, and hirify.global internal guidelines.
• Prepare balance sheets, P&L statements, and forecasts to summarize the company's financial position.
• Drive cost improvement activities and report on the financial impacts of continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze actual manufacturing costs and provide meaningful variance analysis compared to standard costs.
• Provide decision support and financial advice to plant managers and supervisors.

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of related experience in Controlling or Finance.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial management, auditing, and US GAAP or IFRS.
• Strong analytical and financial analysis abilities.
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Murfreesboro, TN.
