Senior NOC Engineer

What you will do

• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues through research, log analysis, and advanced troubleshooting.
• Interface directly with customers to communicate action plans and convey technical resolutions.
• Manage backup operations, including completion, verification, and restoration processes.
• Maintain and develop the technical knowledge base and support initiatives.
• Provide guidance and support regarding Service Desk, Incident Management, and Monitoring.
• Automate complex logic for rollbacks, services, and notifications based on monitoring alerts.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Linux OS installation, configuration, and TCP/IP networking.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, architecture, design, and configuration.
• Proficiency with vendor products such as Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto Networks, F5, VMWare, or Public Cloud networking.
• Experience with at least one Public Cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or VCD).
• Must be based in Ukraine.
• Excellent English proficiency (both written and spoken).
