What you will do
- Resolve high-priority customer issues via phone, chat, and email with accuracy and empathy.
- Manage executive escalations involving senior stakeholders, board members, and high-visibility customers.
- Investigate and resolve complaints referred by regulatory bodies such as SEC, FINRA, and CFPB.
- Analyze recurring issue trends to identify root causes and suggest process improvements.
- Communicate findings and resolution summaries to Legal, Compliance, and senior leadership.
Requirements
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required.
- Ability to obtain Series 66 and Series 24 (or 9/10) within 120 days of hire.
- 3+ years of customer support experience within financial services.
- Strong problem-solving skills in time-sensitive, complex scenarios.
- Must be based in Denver, CO or Westlake, TX.
