Client Support Enterprise Specialist (Veterinary Platform): Facilitate positive user experiences for enterprise hospital groups and administrators using veterinary staffing platform with an accent on owning support inbox, ticket workflow, and operational support. Focus on triaging inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating cross-functional resolutions to deliver high-quality customer experience.

Location: Remote first (US tiered pay; hybrid if based in San Francisco)

Salary: $28–$45 USD per hour (tiered by US location)

What you will do

  • Act as primary point-of-contact for enterprise customer inquiries via support channels.
  • Monitor, triage, and manage enterprise support inbox and ticket workflow for timely resolutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve first-line issues, escalating complex ones with clear documentation.
  • Maintain queue health through proper routing, tagging, prioritization, and follow-up.
  • Coordinate with Customer Support, Operations, Product, and Billing teams for issue resolution.
  • Track enterprise support trends, document in Hubspot, and report on recurring issues.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in client/customer support, account operations, or enterprise support
  • Strong written communication for clear customer-facing messages.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Comfortable with multiple systems/tools; familiar with support software (Zendesk a plus).
  • Sound judgment for prioritization and escalation.

Nice to have

  • Veterinary hospital experience.
  • Experience improving processes and workflows.
