What you will do

• Conduct literature reviews and evidence syntheses for workforce and educational projects.
• Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data using R, Python, STATA, or NVIVO.
• Coordinate psychometrics and field test planning, including synthesizing SME input.
• Manage item development workflows, quality control reviews, and tracking systems.
• Draft technical reports, policy briefs, and presentations for diverse audiences.
• Support project management tasks and contribute to business development proposals.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in I/O Psychology.
• Experience in educational or workforce assessment and measurement environments.
• Proficiency in statistical software such as R, Python, SAS, or Stata.
• Skill in preparing technical materials for client-facing discussions.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
• Employment-based visa sponsorship (including H-1B) is not available.
