Salary: $75,000 - $105,000 biweekly

What you will do
- Lead cultural resources projects including research, fieldwork surveys, monitoring, testing, data recovery, and report preparation.
- Supervise and direct field teams, coordinate project mobilization and demobilization.
- Manage Section 106 and 110 NHPA compliance, technical studies, and permitting for clients, agencies, and tribes.
- Mentor junior staff, develop proposals with scope, schedule, and budget.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables through quality review protocols and meet project obligations.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Archaeology, Anthropology or related field
- Registered Professional Archaeologist; ability to hold permits in New Mexico and Arizona
- Minimum 5 years supervisory experience (preferably 8 years) in cultural resources in desert southwest and intermountain west
- Familiarity with GIS; proficiency in MS Office; excellent communication and project management skills
- Valid driver's license; pass drug/alcohol tests; US work eligibility
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks
Nice to have
- Permitted or able to be permitted in Texas, Utah, Colorado, or Nevada
- 10+ years field experience including work with architectural historians
