What you will do

• Oversee delivery of major projects ensuring they remain within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Construct detailed project plans, manage teams, and lead cadence meetings.
• Analyze and mitigate risks while managing project finances.
• Coordinate between technical and account roles to ensure seamless value delivery.
• Maintain SLAs and handle customer change requests with diplomacy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in SCRUM or general Project Management.
• Basic architectural IT knowledge.
• Strong organization, planning, and teamwork skills.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• Must be based in Taipei or New Taipei City, Taiwan.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with MS Project or similar project management software.
• Experience interacting confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
