IBE D &E Project Leader (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Lead high-priority technical escalations to resolution in coordination with key stakeholders.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into executable development engineering deliverables.
• Manage project scope, cost, schedule, and quality for development engineering initiatives.
• Coordinate farm-out partners and internal engineering teams to deliver agreed scope and budget.
• Resolve issues related to factories, Customer Support, and suppliers to ensure business continuity.
• Report project status, risks, and mitigation strategies to program management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a similar technical discipline.
• More than 5 years of experience as a project leader managing multidisciplinary technical projects.
• Legally authorized to access US Export Administration Regulations controlled technology.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent activities and prioritize tasks under pressure.

Nice to have

• Experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Background in interaction with Customer Support or demand and supply management.
