What you will do

• Act as Linkou factory representative in critical material escalations, aligning stakeholders on root causes, mitigation actions, recovery plans, and timelines.
• Communicate factory priorities to SS&P, P&D, and suppliers to address material risks aligned with build plans and output requirements.
• Participate in CME meetings, provide planning input, and validate recovery actions against schedules and demand.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to eliminate blockers and ensure timely actions.
• Conduct Value Stream Mapping (VSM) across sectors to identify process gaps.
• Initiate and manage cross-sector process improvement projects, measure outcomes, and integrate into operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in industrial management or engineering.
• 10+ years in Supply Chain Management in high-tech environment.
• Strong logical thinking, structured approach, and high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, cross-team coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Project management skills and proactive mindset in fast-paced environment.
