What you will do

• Lead the PMO team within the Tainan Factory's Operation Excellence department.
• Align and synchronize strategies and priorities across sectors and business lines.
• Govern all critical cross-department projects to ensure they remain on track toward deliverables.
• Manage and execute the long-term footprint strategy for the Tainan factory.
• Develop and oversee the long-term outsourcing strategy and its execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in a technical discipline, industrial/business engineering, or an MBA.
• Approximately 15 years of experience with a comprehensive understanding of business processes.
• Over 5 years of people management experience.
• Experience working directly with senior management.
• Ability to clearly communicate and influence multiple stakeholders from different cultures.
