Project Management Office Manager

Location: Tainan, Taiwan; onsite at the Tainan factory

hirify.global develops advanced technology for the semiconductor industry and operates this role within the Operation Excellence department of its Tainan factory.

What you will do

• Lead the Project Management Office team in the Tainan factory.
• Align strategy and priorities across sectors and business lines, ensuring organizational synchronization.
• Govern critical cross-department projects and track progress toward deliverables.
• Manage the factory’s long-term footprint strategy and execution.
• Manage the factory’s long-term outsourcing strategy and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical discipline, industrial or business engineering, business administration, or an MBA.
• Approximately 15 years of experience with a comprehensive understanding of business processes.
• More than 5 years of people management experience.
• Experience working with senior management and influencing multiple stakeholders without hierarchical authority.
• Strong business judgment and the ability to communicate clearly across different cultures.
