What you will do

• Request and schedule materials from national and international suppliers to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Track shipments and monitor traffic to prevent production delays.
• Negotiate delivery timelines with suppliers for materials that are out of specification or delayed.
• Coordinate with Customs Brokers by providing necessary invoices and documents for material importation.
• Keep material requirements updated in the Oracle System to avoid production shortages.

Requirements

• Experience in materials planning, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Ability to handle international supplier negotiations via telephone, video call, or email.
• Knowledge of importation policies and procedures.
• Proficiency in using Oracle systems for material requirement updates.
