What you will do

• Lead sourcing initiatives for assigned corporate services categories across Mexico and potentially North America.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for supply consolidation and market optimization.
• Drive negotiation initiatives with select suppliers to secure productivity and savings.
• Coordinate cross-functional breakout teams to facilitate external supply savings projects.
• Monitor and report cost avoidances and savings using internal tracking databases.
• Serve as an escalation point for resolving systemic supply performance issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar procurement role within the automotive industry.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Experience with Data Analytics tools, specifically PowerBi.
• Proficiency in SAP Ariba and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 quality and environmental management systems.
