What you will do

• Identify operations affected by invoicing documents according to rule 4.3.21.
• Search and manage related documentation within SAP.
• Ensure all transportation and warehousing documents are correctly signed or stamped.
• Compile and archive V1 files in electronic format.
• Support the development of internal processes using PowerPoint.

Requirements

• Student of International Business, Foreign Trade, Customs, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• English: Advanced level required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Proactive approach with critical thinking and ability to learn quickly.
• Must be based in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico.
