What you will do

• Measure and track Fill Rate to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Assist in the purchase order flow, including order tracking.
• Extract and validate data from internal systems to support service level analysis.
• Monitor operational KPIs such as backorders and order status.
• Support inventory control activities and identify potential shortages or discrepancies.
• Generate and maintain reports, dashboards, and master data.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain/Logistics Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Must be a student in their last semesters.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
• Basic understanding of supply chain, order management, or inventory concepts.
• Intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Availability for part-time work during mornings.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Anaplan, or Power BI.
