What you will do

• Plan client visits and activities by efficiently allocating available field force resources.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients to support business growth.
• Assist the Planning Manager in fulfilling resource plans against budgeted days and monitoring subcontractor usage.
• Communicate planned visit details to Assessors, ensuring contractual requirements and client expectations are met.
• Manage the accuracy and completeness of client data within Assessment business systems.
• Identify and suggest improvements to service delivery processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Experience in resource planning or scheduling within a customer service context.
• Ability to resolve complex resource and planning problems within strict deadlines.
• Knowledge of ensuring compliance with external accreditation requirements.
• Strong coordination skills to liaise between different business areas and offices.
