What you will do

• Implement and maintain infrastructure configurations according to established enterprise standards and best practices.
• Monitor IT infrastructure performance and resolve operational incidents to ensure minimal business disruption.
• Modernize legacy infrastructure and implement automation to improve system reliability and efficiency.
• Manage multi-site datacenter operations, including hands-on support for server hardware, network equipment, and cabling.
• Develop technical documentation and diagrams to support operational procedures and disaster recovery planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional global teams and external vendors to design and maintain IT solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in CIS, MIS, IT, or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of industry experience, preferably within an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise SAN/NAS technologies and Linux/Windows-based environments.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts including DNS, DHCP, PKI, Switching, and Firewalling.
• Current professional certification (e.g., Windows Server Administrator, VCP, or NetApp NCP).
• Ability to travel up to 15% and participate in an on-call rotation.

Nice to have

• Automation skills using PowerShell or other scripting and orchestration tools.
