What you will do

• Support and optimize network infrastructure across California sites to ensure business availability.
• Manage and monitor technical networks and their accompanying security infrastructure.
• Collaborate with regional US IT and global teams to align IT strategies and initiatives.
• Lead a technical team, including Infrastructure Tech Specialists, to achieve departmental goals.
• Perform system analysis, requirement definitions, and cost-benefit analyses.
• Define and revise SOPs and system validation plans to meet corporate and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of experience in IT Networking.
• Must be based in or able to work in Irvine or Rancho Cucamonga, CA (Hybrid).
• Ability to work non-standard schedules and perform occasional business travel.
• Applicable industry or professional certifications are preferred.
