Location: Remote or hybrid within Brazil

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers to foster a high-performance and innovation-driven culture.
  • Define and drive product vision and strategy based on market insights, customer needs, and business objectives.
  • Oversee and prioritize the product portfolio, ensuring synergy across solutions and alignment with the end-to-end customer journey.
  • Identify new product opportunities using quantitative and qualitative data to support decision-making.
  • Ensure effective implementation of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to improve delivery speed and quality.
  • Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing to ensure integrated strategy execution.

Requirements

  • Strong experience leading product teams, preferably in SaaS or B2B environments.
  • Proven ability to define product strategy and manage complex product portfolios across multiple domains.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using product metrics, OKRs, and analytics to guide decisions.
  • Solid understanding of Supply Chain Management concepts (e.g., S&OP, DRP, VMI).
  • Must be based in Brazil.
  • Experience with AI applications in product development or AI-powered features is highly desirable.

Nice to have

  • Certifications in Product Management (e.g., PM3, TERA or equivalent).
  • Experience in digital transformation and technology modernization initiatives.
