What you will do

• Create financial models and valuation analyses for buy-side and sell-side M&A and financing.
• Develop and present strategic pitches to executives across technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) sectors.
• Prepare financial exhibits, marketing materials, and client information memoranda for investors and buyers.
• Conduct research and critical analysis of market share, macroeconomic trends, and sector-specific data.
• Mentor and train junior investment banking analysts.
• Analyze accounting and regulatory statements, debt/equity filings, and financial projections.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in financial valuation and modeling.
• Expertise in DCF, accretion/dilution, LBO, comparable companies, and sum-of-the-parts analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
• Must be based in San Francisco, California.
