What you will do

• Set and own the multi-year vision and roadmap for the AI and computer vision product line.
• Manage strategic relationships with CV/AI vendors, aligning roadmaps and ensuring delivery commitments.
• Partner with Data Engineering to develop a sport-agnostic game data model across various formats and sources.
• Define and track critical KPIs, including accuracy benchmarks, processing latency, and content coverage.
• Build and evolve the operational model for sport-specific configurations and quality review workflows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure fan-facing surfaces keep pace with AI pipeline capabilities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management or technical product leadership.
• Proven track record of leading high-impact, complex company initiatives from strategy to launch.
• Working fluency with AI/ML concepts and the ability to reason about model quality tradeoffs.
• Strong data proficiency with experience writing SQL and reasoning about schema design.
• Experience managing strategic external partner relationships and integration contracts.
• Must be based in the US or authorized to work in the US (indicated by 401K and GA location).

Nice to have

• Experience with live video streaming infrastructure or media processing pipelines.
• Familiarity with sports-specific CV capabilities like object tracking and highlight detection.
• Background in sports media, sports tech, or adjacent domains.
• Exposure to modern data stacks such as Snowflake, dbt, or Hightouch.
