Lead Architect (.NET)

TL;DR

Lead Architect (.NET/Azure): Delivering strategic technology initiatives and scalable full-stack solutions for the Commercial Process Division with an accent on end-to-end architecture and technical leadership. Focus on driving an automation-first and AI-enabled mindset across the SDLC to optimize delivery and reliability.

Location: Must be based in the USA (Texas or Illinois) and work onsite 5 days a week

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of scalable, secure full-stack solutions using Agile methodologies.
• Define and evolve application architecture across frontend, backend, integration, and data layers.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership by designing, coding, and reviewing critical components and shared frameworks.
• Establish and enforce coding standards and architectural patterns for performance, scalability, and security.
• Lead DevOps and CI/CD strategy, embedding intelligent automation and AI across development and operational workflows.
• Mentor engineers and guide cross-functional teams through complex architectural and technical decisions.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and delivering solutions within the Azure ecosystem and Azure DevOps.
• Deep expertise in .NET-based full-stack architecture.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, Java, JavaScript, Python, and SQL.
• Strong understanding of secure-by-design (Cyber Safe) development principles and application security.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and automated testing frameworks.
• US Work Authorization: Sponsorship is not available for this position.
