Salary: $180,656 — $248,360 USD

What you will do

• Develop GenAI solutions using Mosaic AI Research techniques to address customer challenges.
• Own production rollouts of consumer and internal GenAI applications.
• Serve as trusted technical advisor to federal customers across domains.
• Present at conferences like Data + AI Summit as a thought leader.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape priorities and roadmaps.

Requirements

• Experience working with U.S. federal civilian, state, or local agencies.
• Experience building GenAI applications including RAG, multi-agent systems, Text2SQL, fine-tuning with HuggingFace, LangChain, DSPy.
• Expertise in deploying production-grade GenAI applications with evaluation and optimizations.
• Extensive hands-on data science experience with pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch.
• Experience with production ML deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Graduate degree in quantitative discipline or equivalent; strong communication skills.
