What you will do

• Develop and evolve the creative vision and content strategy for the Perimenopause Mode.
• Translate user needs, emotional drivers, and product features into actionable content directions.
• Lead the end-to-end production of high-quality video and motion content, including writing scripts and briefs.
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to define content logic and personalization algorithms.
• Iterate on content strategy using performance data and user engagement signals.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in creative production, content strategy, or digital/social media.
• Proven track record of producing video, motion, or digital content at scale.
• Strong skills in storytelling, scriptwriting, and creating creative briefs.
• Experience with user segmentation and content personalization.
• Ability to work with data and performance metrics to optimize content.

Nice to have

• Experience in Femtech, health, or wellness industries.
• Experience with algorithm-driven or personalized content systems.
• Familiarity with performance creatives and UA testing frameworks.
