hirify.global is a tech-enabled, pediatrician-led medical group providing virtual-first and in-home care for children with special health care needs.

What you will do

  • Submit clean, timely claims using accurate CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 codes.
  • Track and resolve denials, rejections, and underpayments via follow-up and resubmission.
  • Review provider documentation to assign accurate codes and identify coding gaps.
  • Maintain the internal billing rules matrix across different payers, states, and provider types.
  • Collaborate with Data & Analytics and Clinical Ops teams to track claim trends and A/R performance.
  • Educate providers on documentation improvements under the guidance of the Coding Manager.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years' experience in physician billing and coding.
  • Proficiency with Athena EMR and Microsoft Excel.
  • Deep understanding of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, HEDIS, and Medicaid/commercial payers.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification is preferred.

Nice to have

  • Experience in pediatrics.
  • Experience with telehealth billing, capitation models, and quality measures.
