What you will do

• Educate members and providers on insurance plan benefits and digital health solutions.
• Use negotiation and motivational interviewing techniques to increase member engagement.
• Perform proactive and reactive outbound outreach via phone, email, and text.
• Accurately track and document interactions using internal software tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with supervisors, utilization management teams, and medical directors to overcome barriers to care.
• Support departmental staff with coding, medical records, pre-certification, and claim appeals.

Requirements

• Must reside in the United States and in the Eastern or Central time zone.
• Fluency in conversational Spanish required.
• Current, unrestricted Texas nursing license or Compact License.
• 3-5 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting (hospital or ambulatory).
• 1-2 years of experience working at a health plan.
• Diploma from an accredited school or college of nursing.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Healthcloud, or CareIQ.
• Experience working in a call center environment.
