TL;DR

Fullstack Engineer (Python/Next.js/TypeScript): Building AI-driven growth tools for founders and executives with an accent on LLM workflows and relationship-driven data structures. Location: Remote

Salary: $60,000 – $100,000 + Equity

hirify.global is building an AI-powered growth engine that turns fragmented network connections into actionable opportunities for founders and executives.

What you will do

  • Own and build product features end-to-end, from scoping and architecture to implementation, testing, and deployment.
  • Develop high-quality user-facing applications using Python, Next.js, and TypeScript.
  • Contribute to AI-driven features, specifically LLM workflows and agents.
  • Design and implement secure authentication, authorization, and database systems.
  • Collaborate closely with product and design teams to shape the user experience and underlying systems.

Requirements

  • Full-stack engineering experience across frontend and backend systems.
  • Fluent English (written and verbal).
  • Startup experience; comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
  • Proven experience building or integrating AI agents, LLM workflows, or AI-enabled products.
  • Strong proficiency with Python, Next.js, and TypeScript.
  • Ability to work 40+ hours per week.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Neo4j and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Integrating CRM, messaging, email, or other third-party APIs.
  • Prior experience at an early-stage startup or as a technical founder/operator.
