What you will do

• Act as the financial steward and strategic business partner for Brazilian operations.
• Own the full financial agenda, including steering, planning, forecasting, and business performance management.
• Serve as a critical advisor to the Country Manager and the Brazilian leadership team.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure data-driven decision-making at every level.
• Lead the budgeting process and create advanced models to support financial steering.

Requirements

• 5+ years of finance experience, with at least 3 years in FP&A or commercial finance.
• Proven expertise in budgeting processes and deep Excel modeling experience.
• Knowledge of reporting, controlling, accounting, tax, and labor topics.
• Native Portuguese and advanced English proficiency.
• Must have the legal right to work in Brazil (no visa sponsorship available).
• Experience with BI and EPM tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in a SaaS company or a tech start-up environment.
• Experience in Transaction Services, Valuations, or Audit at a Big Four firm.
