What you will do
- Act as the financial steward and strategic business partner for Brazilian operations.
- Own the full financial agenda, including steering, planning, forecasting, and business performance management.
- Serve as a critical advisor to the Country Manager and the Brazilian leadership team.
- Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure data-driven decision-making at every level.
- Lead the budgeting process and create advanced models to support financial steering.
Requirements
- 5+ years of finance experience, with at least 3 years in FP&A or commercial finance.
- Proven expertise in budgeting processes and deep Excel modeling experience.
- Knowledge of reporting, controlling, accounting, tax, and labor topics.
- Native Portuguese and advanced English proficiency.
- Must have the legal right to work in Brazil (no visa sponsorship available).
- Experience with BI and EPM tools.
Nice to have
- Experience in a SaaS company or a tech start-up environment.
- Experience in Transaction Services, Valuations, or Audit at a Big Four firm.
