Product Engineer (Fullstack)

TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (London, Shoreditch) - must be in the office 3 days a week

Salary: £40,000 – £135,000 + equity

What you will do

• Own features end-to-end, from clinician research and problem refinement to architecture and rollout.
• Engage directly with NHS GPs, practice staff, and patients via research sessions and practice visits.
• Design scalable architecture and API boundaries with a focus on long-term system health.
• Maintain a high quality bar to ensure products are reliable and safe in a clinical context.
• Pragmatically manage technical debt while shipping new features.

Requirements

• Proficiency in building production software across the full stack.
• Ability to break ambiguous problems into tractable pieces and reason about system trade-offs.
• Experience shaping work from early-stage problem definitions rather than waiting for finished specs.
• Critical judgment when reviewing AI-generated output and managing technical debt.
• Must be based in London and able to work from the Shoreditch office 3 days a week.

Nice to have

• Experience with C#, TypeScript, React, and Azure.
• Experience with Python for ML/AI work.
• Active experimentation with AI tools to improve development workflows.
