What you will do

• Take full ownership of Amazon marketing activities, including Sponsored Ads, DSP, and AMG, for assigned client accounts.
• Plan, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns based on performance targets.
• Develop impactful campaign strategies aligned with client objectives in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and provide insights-driven recommendations.
• Report campaign outcomes to clients and proactively suggest optimization opportunities.
• Refine workflows, processes, and tools to enhance campaign quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional experience in online and performance marketing.
• Strong expertise in Amazon Marketing Services (Advertising Console), including DSP, AMG, and Amazon SEO.
• Excellent knowledge of Japanese and fluency in English.
• Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with PivotTables.
• Strong analytical mindset and the ability to convey complex concepts to customers clearly.
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
