What you will do

• Conduct month-end regional financial performance reviews, ensure record accuracy, highlight issues/opportunities, and prepare management reports for leadership.
• Perform ad-hoc scenario analysis to support decision-making for new market entries.
• Handle pre-ROI and post-ROI analysis for marketing activities, propose improvements to marketing leaders.
• Build relationships and collaborate with regional leaders, country GMs, and BU teams to optimize business growth.
• Streamline data handling, drive process improvements, standardization, and reporting enhancements.

Requirements

• 5-8 years in financial business partnering or analysis, including professional services (management consulting, investment banking, Big 4) or FP&A/strategic finance at tech/e-commerce/crypto companies.
• Analytical problem solver with experience building complex financial/operating models.
• Ability to craft executive-level presentations and succinct narratives with action items.
• Demonstrated ability to ask right questions, use business judgment with stakeholders.
• Proven skill in identifying and resolving roadblocks methodically.
• Excellent verbal/written communication; proactive collaboration across company including board.

Nice to have

• Crypto industry experience.
• Finance, Economics, Business degree (CIMA qualified a plus).
• Past marketing FBP experience.
