What you will do
- Own the end-to-end LATAM affiliate strategy, setting regional priorities, commercial models, and growth targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Affiliate Managers across LATAM and provide strategic support for the Brazilian operation.
- Design and negotiate complex commercial agreements and manage high-tier partner relationships.
- Build and govern the regional tooling stack, including affiliate platforms, tracking, BI reporting, and fraud prevention.
- Ensure affiliate compliance and risk management in accordance with local regulatory frameworks.
- Collaborate with Country Managers and executive stakeholders to align affiliate execution with broader market strategy.
Requirements
- 6+ years in Affiliate and/or Performance Marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior capacity.
- Native-level English proficiency; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a significant advantage.
- Experience operating across LATAM markets, specifically Spanish-speaking countries and Brazil.
- Deep expertise in affiliate commercial models and complex deal negotiation.
- Technical command of affiliate tooling, tracking, and BI tools such as Looker or Power BI.
- Must be located in or able to work from Athens, Greece.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in the iGaming industry.
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or Economics.
