Location: Hybrid (Athens or Thessaloniki, Greece)

Compensation: €45K - €60K

What you will do

  • Design AI-personalized nurture campaigns for marketing-engaged leads across paid and lifecycle channels.
  • Utilize lead scoring, intent data, engagement signals, and funnel triggers to drive personalized messaging.
  • Collaborate with the Paid Ads Manager to ensure a continuous and relevant experience from ad click to nurture journey.
  • Test and optimize personalized messages, offers, sequences, and segmentation logic to improve conversion.
  • Monitor and optimize the MEL-to-MQL conversion rate to improve lead quality and sales readiness.
  • Build the operating model for AI-assisted campaign personalization.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience managing and nurturing the marketing funnel at a B2B tech company, ideally in SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience in lifecycle, demand generation, or growth marketing.
  • Proficiency in working with intent signals, CRM data, and behavioral triggers.
  • Ability to independently build, test, and analyze campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of the connection between paid campaigns, nurture journeys, and sales qualification.
