What you will do

• Lead and enhance compliance frameworks under MiFID II and MiCAR, including risk assessments and control structures.
• Manage and mentor a team of compliance professionals to foster a high-performance culture.
• Drive regulatory change initiatives, supervisory reviews, and audits.
• Oversee market conduct, surveillance, and investor protection frameworks.
• Provide compliance-by-design advice for new products in partnership with Legal, Risk, and Product teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of compliance experience in financial services, fintech, or crypto.
• Degree in Law, Finance, or Business.
• Expertise in MiCAR and MiFID II regulations.
• Full fluency in English and German.
• Proven leadership experience in managing compliance teams.
