What you will do

• Manage the IT helpdesk queue, resolving and escalating tickets for a global workforce across all time zones.
• Administer the macOS fleet using Jamf Pro and manage user lifecycles and SSO through Okta.
• Oversee Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 administration, including mailboxes, licensing, and shared drives.
• Build and maintain automation workflows using Python, shell, or Google Apps Script to eliminate manual tasks.
• Gather and maintain evidence for ISO 27001 and SOC 2 compliance via Vanta.
• Support the company-wide deployment and administration of Claude enterprise and MCP connectors.

Requirements

• Experience with Jamf Pro, Okta, and Google Workspace admin consoles.
• Strong hands-on macOS troubleshooting and endpoint security knowledge.
• Daily proficiency with LLMs (Claude) and advanced prompting for problem-solving.
• Experience building automation flows in Make.com, n8n, or Zapier.
• Basic scripting fluency in Python, shell, or Google Apps Script to debug and extend existing code.
• Must be located in Portugal.
