What you will do

• Lead a team of exempt and non-exempt personnel, overseeing departmental activity and priorities.
• Identify and recommend revisions to internal standards, policies, and operating procedures to improve efficiency.
• Research and resolve complex operational problems requiring advanced judgment and expertise.
• Ensure department efficiency by predicting and controlling workload, procedures, and schedules.
• Collaborate with regulators and auditors to ensure organizational and customer needs are met.
• Represent WMS in mergers, acquisitions, operational conversions, and the design of new products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
• 8–10 years of directly related experience in a high-volume securities operations environment.
• Experience in Wealth Management workflow operations is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in decision making, judgment, and managing performance.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Tulsa, OK office.
