What you will do

• Design and deliver integrations for Middle Office VBO technologies in partnership with Product and Technology teams.
• Provide deep technical leadership and guidance to offshore engineering teams on key deliverables.
• Develop highly reliable and scalable production web applications and data processing systems.
• Create innovative solutions to complex software engineering problems for critical company initiatives.
• Conduct code reviews and apply agile development practices, service-oriented architecture, and OOP principles.
• Participate across the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, planning, design, and deployment.

Requirements

• 12+ years of back-end development experience using Java, Spring, and distributed systems.
• 3+ years of experience in UI development.
• Expertise in database design, optimization techniques, and building RESTful APIs.
• Proven experience designing and operating SaaS and multitenant microservices-based architectures.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS and/or GCP.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field is required.
