What you will do

• Provide end-to-end production support for ATG-based e-commerce applications across Dev, QA, and Production environments.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Analyze thread dumps, heap dumps, and resolve performance issues such as memory leaks and JDBC connection problems.
• Support application migration and operations within cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Monitor system performance to ensure high availability and reliability using professional logging and monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement bug fixes and system enhancements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting Java/J2EE-based web applications.
• Strong expertise with the Oracle ATG (Web Commerce) platform.
• Proficiency in Java performance tuning and profiling.
• Strong knowledge of Apache Tomcat and JBoss (7.x) application servers.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Oracle databases.
• Experience supporting applications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with AppDynamics or Splunk.
• Knowledge of New Relic, ExtraHop, vSphere, or SolarWinds Orion.
• Proficiency with traffic analysis tools like Wireshark or Fiddler.
• Understanding of Microservices (MSE) and Micro Frontend (MFE) architectures.
