What you will do

• Design, code, review, test, and maintain services and code in hirify.global cloud production environments.
• Take technical ownership of designs and services, influencing coding practices among peers.
• Collaborate across teams to build new tooling, features, services, and applications.
• Manage the full software lifecycle, including deploying and owning the day-to-day operations of deployed systems.
• Participate in on-call rotations to troubleshoot, research root causes, and resolve defects.

Requirements

• Experience in professional, non-internship software development.
• Proven track record of building complex software systems successfully delivered to customers.
• Experience contributing to architecture and design, focusing on reliability and scaling.
• Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals and Linux server administration.

Nice to have

• Experience with the full software development life cycle, including source control and build processes.
• Experience leading engineering teams as a mentor or tech lead.
