What you will do

• Support the Country Manager in localizing content and marketing campaigns for the Estonian market.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including logistics, customer service, and marketing.
• Translate sales campaigns, newsletters, and fashion content from English into Estonian.
• Monitor competitors' activities, including campaigns, celebrity/influencer collaborations, and services.
• Perform quality assurance for the website and monitor daily operation KPIs.
• Conduct market analyses and support local development.

Requirements

• Native-level competence in Estonian, both spoken and written.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience in business development, project management, customer service, or logistics is a plus.
