What you will do

• Lead the design and development of IIoT-enabled electrical products for LV, MV, and HV systems.
• Integrate sensors and communication modules (Modbus, CAN, Ethernet) with embedded systems and IoT gateways.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from prototype development to field deployment and commissioning.
• Define and execute validation plans, performing high-voltage, environmental, and reliability testing.
• Oversee UL certification and regulatory approvals, ensuring global safety and EMC/EMI compliance.
• Establish and manage advanced electrical and IoT testing laboratories, including NABL accreditation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical product design and Industrial IoT systems.
• Deep expertise in LV/MV/HV electrical systems, BESS, or power transmission and distribution.
• Hands-on experience with UL certification processes and testing laboratory management.
• Proficiency in electrical design tools such as AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or ETAP.
• Strong knowledge of communication protocols including Modbus, MQTT, OPC UA, and CAN.

Nice to have

• Experience in smart energy, industrial automation, or digital power systems.
• Exposure to cybersecurity practices in IoT systems.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
