What you will do

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams regarding tools, frameworks, and technologies.
• Collaborate with Digital and Direct-To-Consumer teams to ensure technology alignment with business goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in real-time to ensure system stability.
• Ensure deliverables are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.
• Assist team management in strategy creation, including planning, forecasting, and monitoring.
• Lead agile ceremonies such as story grooming and sprint planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of professional web development experience.
• Deep expertise in Next.js, React, Angular, and Node.js.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with Commerce Platforms (Shopify, Commercetools), CMS (Sitecore, WordPress), and APIs.
• Proven experience with CDNs (Akamai, Cloudflare) and PIM/DAM systems (Widen, Salsify, Stibo).
• Strong knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools to accelerate development testing.
• Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
